How to Gain a weight -Simple home remedy

Every boy or girl having low fats problem want to gain his or her weight to look more attractive, nowadays every one is saying that put on some weight is more difficult then loosing a weight But by theses simple and easy tip you can easily gain wight with in 2 to 3 months. 
Gaining weight from some kind of medicines or vitamins is some times Harmful and effects your health because your cells are not getting react with the functions of medicines. But natural thing are not going to harm you a single scale and you will gain weight more quicker then ever.

1. Using Banana for Gaining Weight :
 This is the most common way to gain a weight but we have midify it a little bit. you just have to drink 1 big glass of warm milk after eating 2 bananas, (Eating milk shake of banana is the old method of gainnig weight). Repeat it daily for 2 to 3 months to gain weight. It is also best and very attractive remedy for skinny people.

2. Using Pomegranate of Gaining Weight :
Gaining your weight is directly proportional to the blood and if you use pomegranate this will be very much effective in increasing blood in body. So you will surely get increase in your weight.

3. Using Coconut for Gaining Weight:
Coconut is a very healthy food. It has much nutrition for a body and eating raw coconut will helps you to gain weight more effectively. 

4. Using Dried dates for Gaining Weight:
As Dried date are full of vitamins and power. If you will use it with water its power will get double and metabolism process in your body will make you gain you weight. Just do it as Boil some dried dates in water and eat them with milk This tip will increase blood in body and provides immunity.

5. Using Peanut for gaining weight: 
you can eat some peanuts daily to gain weight. This is also a very good way. 

6. Using Carrot for gaining weight: 
You can also use carrot for gaining your weight by just keep drinking carrot juice to gain weight.

8. Using Almond for Gaining Weight: 
You can Soak 7 almonds in water daily at night and then Peel them off in morning and then mash well. after this Mix some butter and sugar and eat with bread. Drink some milk with bread also to gain weight. It also helps to sharpen mind.
