The bill expresses that the wrongdoers liable of misuse would be sentenced to life detainment, while the culprits who influence the kids and film them would be sentenced to seven years.

The bill likewise says that the base age for a tyke to be considered in charge of the offense ought to be 10 years.

It further expresses that the guilty parties included in tyke misuse can be captured without warrants.
